Who we are

This website is operated by Mason Mirzaali trading as Electrical Excellence (“we”, “us”), a sole trader based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, providing commercial and industrial electrical services, alongside EV charging, lighting, sound and visual installations. We serve customers across Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

How to contact us about privacy

For privacy, data protection or access requests, contact Electrical Excellence using the details below. The email address below is the confirmed contact route for privacy and data protection questions.

To be confirmed by the owner: any identity verification steps that apply before information is released or changed.

Personal information we collect through this website

When you submit the website enquiry form, we collect the personal information you choose to provide: your first name and last name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and a brief description of your project or enquiry.

You do not have to use the enquiry form to contact us — you can also call us or email us directly using the contact details on this page. If you use the chat widget described below, you may provide personal information such as your name and contact details within the chat.

How we use your information and why

We use the personal information you submit through the enquiry form to respond to your enquiry, to discuss your requirements, and to provide a quotation or arrange the work you are asking about. This processing is necessary to take the steps you have asked us to take before entering into a contract.

If you choose to use the live chat widget, we use the information you share in the chat to respond to your questions and, where you ask us to, to follow up by phone or email. The widget loads automatically on each page; you provide any information in the chat voluntarily.

To be confirmed by the owner: the lawful basis relied on for any other processing (for example, marketing or follow-up communications beyond responding to an enquiry) and how that is recorded.

How enquiry information is submitted

When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent to our customer relationship management (CRM) system provided by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. This creates a contact record so we can respond to your enquiry. The submission includes your name, email, phone number, the service you selected and your project details, along with technical details such as the page URL, the time of submission and the type of device used.

GoHighLevel / LeadConnector is a third-party service provider. To be confirmed by the owner: the confirmed storage and processing destinations for enquiry data, any sub-processors used by the CRM, and any international data transfer arrangements that apply.

Live chat widget

This website loads a hosted live chat widget provided by LeadConnector automatically on each page so you can message us directly. The widget is a third-party service and may set cookies or use local storage on your device to operate the chat session. It loads without asking for your consent first.

To be confirmed by the owner: the exact cookies or storage the widget uses, their purposes, and whether loading the widget without prior consent is appropriate under the rules that apply to the business.

Analytics and tracking

The enquiry form submission includes basic technical information (the page URL, time of submission and device type) as part of the tracking event sent to our CRM provider. To be confirmed by the owner: whether any additional website analytics or advertising tracking is used on this site, and if so, the provider, the categories of data collected and whether additional consent applies.

Cookies and embedded content

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. A strictly necessary session identifier is used to handle enquiry form submissions. The live chat widget described above loads automatically on each page. Some pages embed a Google Maps view to show the areas we cover; these maps also load automatically when you open the relevant page. The site loads its web fonts (Archivo and Manrope) from Google Fonts on each page. None of these third-party technologies are gated by a cookie consent choice on this site. The cookie notice shown on first visit is an informational notice rather than a consent choice. See our separate Cookie Policy for more detail on each technology.

Data retention

We keep your enquiry information for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to carry out and support the work you have asked about. To be confirmed by the owner: the confirmed retention periods for enquiry and contact records held in the CRM and any related systems.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at electrical.excellence.uk@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are concerned about how we handle your personal information.

To be confirmed by the owner: any identity verification steps that apply before information is released or changed.

Sharing and third-party providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share your enquiry information with our CRM provider (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) and, where you use it, our chat widget provider (LeadConnector), so they can provide the service on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.

To be confirmed by the owner: the full list of third-party providers and sub-processors used in connection with enquiries, and any international data transfer arrangements and safeguards that apply.

Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO if you are concerned about how we handle your personal information. The ICO can be contacted at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the chance to address your concerns first before you approach the ICO.
